Payment

How long do I have to pay for my order?

We greatly appreciate your purchase and allow all customers up to 7 days to submit payment. If you are unable to arrange payment within this time please kindly contact us. Please note that if we have not heard from you and have not received your payment within 7 days, the checkout may be closed. This may also affect future purchases.

Multiple Purchases for Combined Shipping Discount

Additional items can be purchased from our store. You need to click on the 'Add to Cart' buttons for the items you want, and when you go to the checkout to pay for them, they will automatically consolidate into a single invoice and the shipping discount will be applied. If this doesn't happen automatically, just email us and we can manually adjust the invoice.

How can I pay for my order?

Paying using PayPal will mean you get your item faster as this is one of the most efficient and safest methods of sending payment. PayPal also has the functionality to process your payment using Mastercard or Visa. We also accept Bank Deposit. If using this method, your transaction reference must be your Order Number, and the amount must be exact. If this is not possible we advise that you email us so that we can manually find and attach the payment to your sale.

Is PayPal really safe?

We believe PayPal is the fastest and safest way of making payments on the internet. Not only is your payment instant (when you use PayPal funds or your credit card), but your personal financial details (credit card details) stay confidential and are never seen by the seller. Can I get a refund?

In line with our ongoing commitment to maintaining the highest standards, we only deal with suppliers that supply reliable and trusted products. At this time, we're unable to offer a refunds for change of mind; however if your item is faulty, we offer a 7 Day return policy and will kindly accept items that are returned to our store within this time. Whilst we do not offer a refund unless the item is significantly not as described, we will happily exchange your item for the same product. To take advantage of our return policy, please contact us at  within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note if buying a DVD or Blu-ray we strongly suggest all customers check the region code of their item to ensure that it will play in their country, as we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund where the listing is correct. We kindly ask that if you are not satisfied with your purchase or ordering experience, that you please contact us by email so that we can do our best to resolve any issues.

 

Shipping

How soon will I receive my order?

We have multiple warehouses in different locations and as such there is some time involved in transferring stock between them. Our listings all have an estimated delivery time on them which outlines the minimum and maximum time you should expect to wait. If you require a tracking number for your parcel and you are within Australia, please note that a tracking number is only given for Receipted & Signature On Delivery postage.

What will shipping cost?

Within Australia, we offer three options for postage; Regular, Receipted & Signature On Delivery. There is no tracking available for Regular postage. Receipted postage offers limited tracking and requires a signature on delivery, and Signtaure On Delivery has full tracking and signature. We recommend our buyers opt for a trackable service as we are unable to accept responsibility for items lost during transit. For our international customers, please note that items are shipped using Australia Post Regular Air Mail, and there is no tracking for this service unfortunately.

Please note for international sales that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.

What is the turnaround for email responses?

Our email correspondence hours of operation are weekdays between 8am and 9am, and between 7pm and 9pm EST. If you have emailed us on a weekend please don't think we're ignoring you! We aim to reply to all of our emails within 2 business days.
