Jon Dee's son Willie has developed Legg Perthes, a rare childhood form of avascular necrosis of the hip. The CD was recorded live at the Continental Club Artists include The Resentments, Ian McLagan, Steve Poltz, Bob Schneider, Alejandro Escovedo, Charlie Sexton, James McMurtry, Ray Wylie Hubbard, Matt The Electrician, The New Hot Damn (Kacy Crowley, Trish Murphy and Renee Woodward), Honky w/Jon Dee, Beaver Nelson, Kathy McCarty, and Walter Tragert. The CD also features a song by Willie Graham called "Rock 'n Roll" which was performed by Jon Dee, Scrappy Jud, Alejandro and Charlie. The DVD was produced by News 8 Austin's Andy Langer and features rooftop performances by Patty Griffin, Ray Benson, Kelly Willis, Bruce Robison, David Garza, Darden Smith, Jud Newcomb w/ the Tosca String Quartet, The Gourds, Jack Ingram, Jeff Klein, Elizabeth McQueen, and Terri Hendrix & Lloyd Maines. DVD extras include performances by Jon Dee and the Resentments. Also included is Andy's 22 minute interview with Jon Dee that details the cause that brought everyone together.
