River Shining Through features new chamber music by the renowned American Composer, Peter Scott Lewis. The outstanding musicians on this CD include Timothy Day, flute; Marc Shapiro, piano; the Dorian Wind Quintet; and the Ciompi Quartet. The compositions are A Whistler's Dream (duo), Serenade for Winds (quintet), and River Shining Through (quartet). Both the Dorian Wind Quintet and the Ciompi Quartet tour internationally on a regular basis. In addition, Peter Scott Lewis will be during a series of radio interview to promote his new CD.
