As dodgy collections go, this one isn't all bad. It does have some dynamite David Allan Coe performances on it: There' 'Mona Lisa Lost Her Smile,' 'You Never Even Called Me by My Name,' 'Tennessee Whiskey,' 'Willie, Waylon and Me,' and 'Would You Lay With Me (In a Field of Stone),' but it lacks such essentials as 'Long-Haired Redneck,' 'Take This Job and Shove It,' and 'A Sad Country Song.' There are far better best-of's, but there are worse ones, too. What makes this worth the few dollars is that there are no bad cuts on this set, making it a decent Coe listening experience.
